
Please provide us the tracking number for the return and keep a copy of it for your reference. We will also need to take the cost of additional postage incurred by us off your store credit. Please don't send your parcel back to us as Return To Sender (RTS), as we can not guarantee that the parcel will be delivered to us. Unfortunately, we can’t offer free returns, as due to our price point we can’t increase prices to absorb the postage. Eagle Six Gear will not be held responsible for damages or lost return items. WE recommend you return your items with a trackable delivery method so you are covered in case the returned item is lost or damaged during transit. **We do not cover the postage charge for your return items. We do not offer exchanges – we’ll provide you with a store credit to spend on a new size or item. Items marked "Discontinued" cannot be returned unless faulty or the wrong size is received.

The Store Credit / gift voucher is valid for 3 years, and will cover the total purchase price of the returned items (excluding shipping costs). Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed once we've received it. Once we receive your item/s, we will inspect it to make sure it meets the above criteria and then issue a store credit in the form of a gift voucher. If your return meets these requirements, login to our returns portal to submit your return, remembering to include your tracking number. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility**.
